"Its tough for me to put into words how much Hannah has transformed my life. She has helped me pause during a time in my life when I so desperately needed to slow down. She has taught me how to look at myself with compassion and how to let my emotions be welcome. I appreciate the light, kindness, and patience she has brought in my life."

"I had never practiced somatic work and EMDR before seeing Hannah. It has been the form of therapy that has been most beneficial in learning about my trauma, how its impacted my life, how I can heal, and how I can exist with it. I'm excited to continue my journey with Hannah."

I see our journey together as a sacred relationship. One that is built from the foundation of trust. Therefore, I guide each session with patience and gentleness all while remaining attuned to how the imprints of trauma effect how we show up in the moment.

Each session incorporates an intuitive blend of holistic, body-focused, and trauma-informed therapies. I weave these modalities based off our intentions and goals for our time together. This can often evoke an opening to memories, limiting beliefs, and emotions that are often rooted from childhood, our attachment systems, and our cultural/societal conditionings. It is a delicate, brave journey to begin to rewire ourselves into deeper attunement, secureness, and expression of our unique embodiment. I believe with respectful and intentional nurturance, compassion, and gentleness that it is possible.

We are not meant to do this work alone. I believe that we are in constant relationship with ourselves and the world around us. Therefore, it is through corrective healing relationship experiences that we begin to embody our lives in our own unique and expansive way. I am committed to providing a safe-enough, respectful, and informed place to explore and heal.
