Welcome

My approach comes from the knowing that in our human experience, there is an innate desire for meaningful connection and relationships. Whether you are seeking deeper embodiment within yourself or with others, it is all interconnected. Oftentimes the depth at which we know and understand ourselves mirrors the depth that we can meet others. I see the therapy relationship as a corrective conduit of healing for those who have experienced trauma. I am committed to providing a respectful, warm, loving, and safe-enough space for those who choose this journey. "Safe-enough" comes from an understanding that many trauma survivors do not feels safe and as we journey together, you get to feel into what safe-enough is for you in each moment. All so that you can grow and expand into the fullness of who you are.

With over 10 years of being immersed in teaching trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, and spirituality practices, I have integrated these ancient teachings within my approach. I take a holistic, body-focused perspective drawing from my own personal experiences, Eastern practices, Western science, and my deep admiration for nature. I hold a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with specific training in Somatic Sex Therapy & Somatic Trauma Therapy, Sexual Trauma and Sexuality Healing, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, IFS, EMDR, Emotionally Focused & PACT Couples Therapy, Sacred Sexuality, Nature Therapy, and Art Therapy.

I specialize in working alongside individuals and couples. I welcome in all aspects of deepening intimacy and communication, rebuilding trust and safety after trauma, cultivating desire and pleasure, dismantling shame, women's empowerment and spirituality, exploration of healthy sexuality, and rewiring into secure attachment with ourselves and others.

I am passionate about this work because we are relational beings and when we experience corrective, healing relationships we can begin to embody our lives more fully. It is an honor to witness you and to hold the most tender parts of your human experience. I believe this is one of the bravest decisions we can make and I do not take this trust for granted. With all my heart, thank you.
