"And the day came when the risk to remain in a tight bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom"
Anais Nin

My approach to psychotherapy is inspired by Eastern practices and healing modalities, Western science and psychology, and my deep admiration for nature. I take a holistic, heart-centered approach that is aware of all the multidimensional aspects of our being (mind, body, emotions, and spirituality).

I work alongside individuals and couples that are seeking safety within oneself after trauma, deeper intimacy and presence, and exploration of healthy sexuality. I also work with shame, rebuilding trust in ones body, spiritual explorations, grief, highly sensitives, and loneliness/shyness.

It is an honor to be with you alongside your journey. You are welcome here, just as you are, regardless of your past.

"I've worked with Hannah over the past year and she holds space for me every time in the most gracious way. Her warm, welcoming energy is easy to talk to and to feel safe without judgement. The neutrality she brings to the session is healing in itself. I admire her style of advising me and helping me connect to processing my emotions for the very first time in my life. I love her style of therapy, its a unique combination of what our nervous system needs to heal. The gentle somatic techniques she uses truly gets underneath to the root cause and helps unravel everything else connected to it in my present life that needs the shift. She is truly a healer and can see past what my mind is fixated on to help get me back to a balanced state. I'm so grateful to be here with her, to have someone as gentle and kind as she is to guide me on my journey. My emotional state has significantly improved once she has guided me through what it is I was feeling and how to process these different states. Without these new tools I'm not sure where I would be without her. I highly recommend her as your therapist if you really want to dive into deep healing for your soul"

My intention is to guide individuals and couples into inhabiting their bodies in their own unique way and on their own terms. To build intimacy and connection through rewiring trauma, attachment systems, and empowering education. Consent, choice, boundaries, and curiosity are all values that guide the way into discovering what embodiment means to you. I am committed to providing a gentle, loving, and respectful space for you to explore.
